Men of the Nigeria Police Force in Jigawa State have nabbed a notorious Akwa Ibom based kidnapper who is a specialist at abducting people, while trying to withdraw money in Hadejia town of the state. The state police public relations officer (PPRO), SP Abdu Jinjiri said the suspect, Emmanuel Effiong Abam, 40, fled to Yobe State from Akwa-Ibom State and had been on the wanted list of the police. The police spokesman stated that Abam, an indigene of Akwa-Ibom had been on the run since June last year but ran out of luck after coming to Hadejia to withdraw some money and was arrested by the police following a tip off.
