Prophet Muhammad Advises Muslims To Recite Suuratul Kahfi Every Friday

Prophet Muhammad (may the peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) advised all Muslims on one of the things they should do every Friday.

Friday is known as Yaomul Jumu'a in Islaam.

It is the day all Muslims go out to observe Salaatul Jumu'a (Friday congregational prayer).

Yaomul Jumu'a is the most honoured day by the Muslims.

The Messenger of Allaah advised Muslims to recite Suuratul Kahf (Chapter 18) of the Glorious Qur'an every Friday.

He stated that reciting Suuratul Kahf every Friday provides an illumination between two Fridays.

Therefore, Muslims should try to recite Suuratul Kahf every Friday before sunset.
