Gareth Bale could have been spectacular for Real Madrid last night in the UEFA Champions League final against Liverpool in Kiev, Ukraine. However, the single name which will continued to be remembered for years to come is Madrid's manager and former player, Zinedine Zidane.

Zinedine Zidane was thick in action, when the Spanish giant defeated Bayer Leverkusen 2-1 in the 2002 Champions League final. The former Juventus player scored an amazing volley to secure victory for Madrid.

Why should all focus be on Zidane after creating football history by winning the Champions League for three successive times?

1. Zinedine Zidane is the most intelligent football handler presently. His brilliance earned Madrid the cup.

2. The Real Madrid coach is a great tactician. He knows which player to field and why some players should sit on the bench even if they are physically fit to feature for him.
